Services
New Landscape Developments for Residential and Commercial
We provide the full set of drawings required for Development, Building Permits, and IFC. We progressively follow up on each of these stages to compete for all approvals and negotiations with the city. All elements, such as playgrounds, community gardens, etc. are substantially detailed; from the planning phase, up to the level required for construction. We provide a consultation to landscape contractors, follow up with site visits, and provide site reviews with a guaranteed one-year warranty.
New Landscape Developments for the Single-Family Housing, Acreages, Townhomes
We provide the full range of services required for yard Landscape Design and consistently plan the yard as per the client’s expectations. All projects are followed up with significant regard towards building code and bylaw regulations. From creative and functional landscape designs to skillful and inspired landscape construction from a selection of our consultants, our company will provide you with industry professionals to guide you to your outdoor oasis.
New Residential builds, In-fills, renovations, secondary Suites, RV acreage storage, etc.
We provide the full range of documentation required for newly proposed interventions; with the addition of structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers if required by the City. We will follow with our client over all approvals and negotiations with the City and Community. Design parameters and budgetary goals are developed simultaneously, permitting for the rapid exchange of ideas and owner stated priorities. A cost-effective design budget is established early in the process.
